From private and semi-private personal training utilizing everything from dumbbells and stability balls to TRX, to small group training for those that enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others, to Yoga and Pilates classes, you will find your "home" with us in our private studio.

We offer private personal training and specialize in wellness, TRX, functional training, and orthopedic pre- & post-rehab training. Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the client and trainer.

55-minute Sessions: 4 - $260; 8 - $480

This class will focus on meditation, deep breathing, and stress relief techniques. Join us to learn stress relieving and spirit-lifting techniques in a gentle and relaxing multi-level session while exploring breathing techniques you may or may not have experienced before.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to enhance and deepen your yoga practice or simply to launch into a meaningful, proven, stress relieving experience.
All levels welcome. You will need a comfy and quiet place to lie down or sit within your home/office. Make sure you have available any items you may need to keep your comfortable for the entire length of the class.

Our Mat Pilates classes are perfect for all fitness levels. Join us to work on strengthening your "powerhouse", also known as your core, improve your overall strength and flexibility, and even help prevent injuries.

These classes will offer traditional yoga poses such as Sun Salutations and Warrior II. Instructors will verbally guide practitioners in an evolving series of poses. The practice will begin with calming the mind and focusing our breathing. The body will be opened and strengthened in a steady pace to prepare for the pinnacle posture. Attention will be given to alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength. These classes are perfect for beginner and experienced yogis alike.

Full Potential Personal Training began as a vision of the owner, Teresa Mowry, in the summer of 2015. By January 2016 we opened our doors in Suffolk and after an impactful first year, we moved to our current location in the Churchland/Western Branch area. Our goal is to help our clients reach their FULL POTENTIAL, no matter their personal goal! Teresa recognizes the growing gap between healthcare and fitness and through her studio, hopes to help individuals bridge that gap to assist them in living life to its fullest while doing so as pain free as possible.
