From private and semi-private personal training utilizing everything from dumbbells and stability balls to TRX, to small group training for those that enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others, to Yoga and Pilates classes, you will find your "home" with us in our private studio.

We offer private and semi-private personal training and specialize in wellness, TRX, functional training, and orthopedic pre- & post-rehab training.
Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the client and trainer.

Our Pilates Barre and Pilates/Core Conditioning classes are perfect for all fitness levels. Join us to work on strengthening your "powerhouse", also known as your core, improve your overall strength and flexibility, and even help prevent injuries.
BARRE & MAT PILATES
GENTLE YOGA & MEDITATION
The practice will begin with calming the mind and focusing our breathing. The body will be opened and strengthened in supportive postures (positions) in order to help us heal from within and to support more pain-free movement outside of class. This is an excellent class for those that have experienced physical, mental, or emotional traumas and those that are experiencing loss or grief of any kind. Attention will be given to alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength. The practice will be 75 minutes in total. This will include Gentle Yoga, for the majority, and will then seamlessly flow into meditation toward the end of the practice. This class is perfect for beginner and experienced yogis alike.
These classes will offer traditional yoga poses such as Sun Salutations and Warrior II. Instructors will verbally guide practitioners in an evolving series of poses. The practice will begin with calming the mind and focusing our breathing. The body will be opened and strengthened in a steady pace to prepare for the pinnacle posture. Attention will be given to alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength. These classes are perfect for beginner and experienced yogis alike.
Full Potential Personal Training began as a vision of the owner, Teresa Mowry, in the summer of 2015. By January 2016 we opened our doors in Suffolk and after an impactful first year, we moved to our current location in the Churchland/Western Branch area. Our goal is to help our clients reach their FULL POTENTIAL, no matter their personal goal! Teresa recognizes the growing gap between healthcare and fitness and through her studio, hopes to help individuals bridge that gap to assist them in living life to its fullest while doing so as pain free as possible.
