From private and semi-private personal training utilizing everything from dumbbells and stability balls to TRX, to small group training for those that enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others, to Yoga and Pilates classes, you will find your "home" with us in our private studio.
We offer private and semi-private personal training and specialize in wellness, TRX, functional training, and orthopedic pre- & post-rehab training. Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the client and trainer.

Full Potential Personal Training began as a vision of the owner, Teresa Mowry, in the summer of 2015. By January 2016 we opened our doors in Suffolk and after an impactful first year, we moved to our current location in the Churchland/Western Branch area. Our goal is to help our clients reach their FULL POTENTIAL, no matter their personal goal! Teresa recognizes the growing gap between healthcare and fitness and through her studio, hopes to help individuals bridge that gap to assist them in living life to its fullest while doing so as pain free as possible.
